As Reported in CNN - Protesters had been expressing their anger over the rising cost of living, failed economic policies and corruption, but all those concerns were distilled into one overriding demand: the ouster of President Hosni Mubarak, a reliable American ally who's been in power for three decades.
This is where the rule that US has on Presidents only being in office two terms comes to place. One caption in the pictures says that they want to have term limits of Presidents. This is a country that has been a US Ally for a while now. This has gone as far as blocking twitter and other social internet pages so people do get together and come up with this big plan.
There are rights not given to these people that the US does have but I guess that happens all over the world. one example is Freedom of Speach.
So many people were injured and at least 4 died becuase of the police and protestors getting out of hand. and It was Police Day in Egypt a celebrated holiday!!!
I think its a great beginning of what needs to happen all across the board. Unfortunately we have legislation in place specifically "Anti-Terrorism clauses" that applies to a lot of situations. We might have freedom of speech, but if it falls under specific criteria, watch out you could be a terrorist just saying.
