So Egypt is planning on reopening all of the tourist sites. But with all the reports of missing artifacts and an unstable country right now I believe that they should not open these sites and keep them under strict security. These are artifacts of history that should be kept in a safe place where the whole world can see them not some rich person who bought it of the black market. They should seriously think about this not only for the artifacts but for the tourists if any were to come. They also should be taken seriously and want nothing but their saftey.
Its a catch 22. Who pays to support the museum? The tourists. Their underfunded by their government and have no other resources, except for those that the entry fee from the tourists. but because of the underfunding, the security is weak and not sufficient.......
